Propranolol Mints SN Protocol

I have about 21 12mg propranolol mints and was wondering if they would interfere with the SN protocol specifically, do they act differently than regular tablets? Should I take them all at once, or is there a better approach? Also, is it more effective to let them dissolve under my tongue for faster absorption compared to tablets, or should I dissolve them in water and drink the mixture which might dilute the dose or slow absorption? Finally, how long before I should take them for them to be most effective? Thanks for any advice.

Do you have the packages of the mints? Does it contains a leaflet? If so, what does it says?

No unfortunately, no info. I got them from a friend, supposedly from Kick Health. He said there was no info on the packaging when he got them either. I tried 2 of them, they seem to work somewhat well. They completely numbed my tongue so it may help with the taste of Sn.

Well that's sucks.

Technically speaking, propranolol mints is the same as tablet does, primarily because it's only have different forms, not the substance itself.
However, since mint formulation of propranolol is very new, little to no research is done on how different mint is compared to tablets. So i can't really say for sure for that one.

Side note: If you wanted propranolol to calm down your mood while taking SN, I suggest you take it under the tongue. Taking more water to dissolve your mints only enlarge the amount of water you'll drink to CTB, possibly even making you vomit.
