How many milligrams of propranolol I am supposed to take before SN? I took just 10 mg to see how I react, and it slowed down my heart rate to 55bpm, and I felt really uncomfortable. I am afraid if I take more, I will pass out before taking SN.

Perhaps the correct method is taking both almost at the same time, so there is no risk of being unconscious before drinking sn.

based on the several threads i've read here, one is supposed to take around 400mg of crushed propranolol mixed in with the SN drink.
@thebunny is right but propranolol is not a required medicine. Antiemetics on the other hand are important.

I think if you really want to ctb propranolol makes it much more likely you will succeed. 400 to 800mg crushed in water minimum i reckon. You can od propranolol too so the mix helps
