The bar I have available to me to tie my rope is rather low - like only 40-45 inches (101-114cm) off the ground.
Because it's so low, if feel like I would have to position similar to this (illustration credit: "Steven's Method"):
But in my case, my arms would be low enough to touch the ground.
One thing I worry about being this low is if my limbs - particularly my arms - go rigid* after I have gone unconscious, that they might prop me up somehow, causing me to "unhang" myself.
Any thoughts on this?
