I clearly made a wrong assumption. I figured the balls were swinging and so he must have been riding a unicycle to make the line in the sand...
I've seen Dumb Cop before. It's wildly popular with "gun nuts." I think he provided the youngsters with an excellent lesson on firearm safety, teaching them that if you press a Glock trigger that gun will fire as it has no safety. This is why NY City provides their Dumb Cops with an extra-heavy 12# tigger (because the 5.5# tigger civilians get just isn't enough). Such a heavy trigger pretty much ensures that damn near every shot will miss its target.Similar threads
