And yes, and pineapple ABSOLUTELY belongs on Pizza.Mushroom, onion and extra cheese. It has to be REAL full-fat mozzarella, the kind that leaves a layer of grease across the whole pizza when it melts. If I don't get grease all over my shirt, it's not a real pizza.I will die never having had pineapple on pizza and that's the way it should be. I love meat so I'll have pepperoni, sausage, beef, and perhaps bacon too.

I never understood the big stink about pineapple on pizza. I mean I usually get stuffed crust pepperoni or meat lovers but I'll still wolf down a Hawaiian faster than you can say aloha.
But yeah, I'm a simple man when it comes to pizza and I don't care to get fancy with it.

Cheese, garlic (which means real garlic, not granulated crap) and spinach. Maybe mushrooms. Capers when feeling exotic.
Without garlic pizza is a mistake.
