Please help! - sources

I am not tech savvy at all and cannot figure out

* how to use this site, in particular to find sources, which I understand are listed very discreetly

* nor can I even figure out how to purchase online a medication that usually requires a prescription. e.g. an anti-emetic. Surely that shouldn't be that hard? Surely there are people selling these things illegally.

But I am just so clueless! I can't even figure out how to get onto the dark web!

Someone started a chat with me and I can't figure out how to open it....

Are there any sections on here for tech dummies like me?

yes it's very complicated. i havent accessed the dark web myself yet either. but there are lots of people smarter than me who can help you in Private messages. for PMs it says this:

Why can't I access private messages, chat or the search bar?
To do that, you need a certain amount of contributions - we can't tell you the exact number. It doesn't matter if those contributions are comments or threads, both count towards the threshold amount.

maybe thats why you cant open chats, or can you just not find the page? also maybe try reading the comments on those threads. there are lots of people who have asked for help already too.

well theres different tabs on the chat page. there are public rooms & also private chats. in the private chat tab, you can select which private chat to open on the right side. im on a computer so if youre on a different device it may be formatted differently.

Thanks. It just comes up blank when I click on it so I don't know what's going on. Really appreciate you trying to help me. Don't know why I'm so dumb at all this! Unfortunatley I can't ask any of my tech savvy friends to help me!
