Hey, I need to ctb as soon as possible, I dont have a weapon, I dont have anything actually except for a rope but no anchor point.10 years ago I already tried to kill myself with a plastic bag but I failed. This time I want to make it work. Do you think if I bind my heands behind my back I will succed?
Or is there any other method that is easyily accessible and "easy" to do

It's a somewhat strange way to kill yourself, but if you really don't know what else to do, you can pull a plastic bag over your head and secure it with a rope or duct tape, then immediately tie your hands behind your back. What happens next depends on the person, but one thing I can say for sure: in just 30 seconds, you'll start banging your head until the bag breaks. This works very well during torture, but not for suicide; usually, it takes about 2 minutes to lose consciousness.

After hyperventilation and exhaling fully I can hold my breath for 2 min without getting a feeling of impending fainting. A bag placed over the head would always contain some amount of air, which will be added to the volume of air inside the lungs and the airways, so losing consciousness in about 2 minutes is unlikely, unless some exercise is performed to accelerate depletion of oxygen in the blood and the available air.

I don't have the study saved, but I made a note on my phone. It would take closer to 7 minutes void of all oxygen. That's a very long time to suffer and battle SI.

Then after do you know What it suposed to happen ? 7 minutes in this bag seem pretty rough to deal with and suffocate.

Void of oxygen, I'm assuming you lose consciousness, but I'm not sure how long until CTB or if involuntary fight will occur while you're out.

Once I was close to shallow-water blackout after hyperventilating, inhaling fully, and holding breath at rest for 4 minutes (this wasn't a suicidal attempt; the goal was to beat my own record of the longest breath holding underwater). I think, if I used a plastic bag over the head with minimum amount of air inside the lungs and the bag, LOC in 4 - 5 minutes might be achieved (especially if exercise were used for boosting oxygen consumption). During the initial 2 minutes there would be no significant air hunger due to low initial COâ‚‚ level; also the sense of air hunger can disappear a few seconds before LOC (as it did when I was close to SWB). IDK how much doing exercise could reduce the duration of discomfort further, but, I guess, it would be difficult to make this duration near to or smaller than the period of dyspnea from inhaling concentrated COâ‚‚ (which should be easy to obtain for the majority of capable adults).
