What to leave for friends

I plan to commit soon via some plastic bags over head and some pain killers (if 1 doesn't work then hope the other does).
I was wondering what should I leave for the people who love me. I'm committing out of self hate, BPD, being SAd, so it's not my friends fault at all and I just want to make sure that I leave them with as much grace as possible as I dont like the idea of just leaving them with nothing

Leave them a note and thank them for the good times obviously there is nothing we can do to make this easier for the people who Love us but they have to accept it soon or later

Both aren't reliable methods. Do more research on this forum before attempting for your own safety.

I wouldn't leave anything for my friends to be completely honest. I don't want to put pressure on the friends I made in this world. I have some pretty sensitive friends, so leaving them any "goodbye" gifts or a note would probably put a lot of mental pressure on them. I don't want them to think that my decision could've been influenced by any of their actions.

I know doing so could come off as heartless and hurtful for my friends, but I would much rather they think "ig I didn't matter enough to them for a note or goodbye" and continue on with their lives. I don't want them to feel any guilt about my actions, and I am ok with the possibility that they'll end up hating me because I'll be gone anyways.

I can't suggest this way of doing things for most people though. I don't know your specific circumstances, and it would be harsh to ask others to hurt the ones they truly care about. In all honesty, it's a selfish act because I am deciding for my friends what I think is best for them. Maybe they would rather hear the truth or maybe not, but it's not even something I can ask them directly without them thinking I've gone completely batshit insane. So I wouldn't dote on it for too long.
