Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hey, I'm thinking about parnered suicide. My question is what happens in case one person dies and the other person doesn't? Won't it cause trouble?

it's the risk. on top of many other risks you'll be taking due to how the scene will be taken as.

Absolutely there is the potential for problems. If one survives, or backs out, they could be criminally charged with a charge like aiding and abetting suicide, possibly even worse if it could be shown that they furnished materials to the other person who died. And then there is the potential for civil penalties if the family of the person who died decides to sue the other one who survived. Even if both parties die, there is still the potential for civil litigation against one party's estate, or even against both decedent's estates from the families of either decedent. If you have nothing, though, then there really is nothing to go after.

I wouldn't advise it.

someone else said if you die and he other person dies, then its okay. But that is not okay. If you are here because you are suicidal. then you know the pain of life.

partnering up with someone in a similar situation and posing an increased pain of suffering to them if they survive is just wrong.
