Discussion Partial hanging and plastic bag

My CTB method is partial hanging and I'm wondering if using a plastic bag over my head will improve my chance of success.

No. If you do partial right you should pass out within a few seconds. Suffocating with a plastic bag over your head takes much longer ans SI will kick in very hard. Don't make it more difficult than it is.

It might, partial's my method too but I'm going to use a large zip/cable tie for backup.

If you wanna increase your chances then do some intense exercise before you make your attempt so that the excess blood flow is more sensitive to a compression attempt. DO NOT involve alcohol or bags etc.
