painless and easy suicide (malaysia)

i'm making a compilation of suicide methods that require little prep and are painless. so far i have SN and shallow water drowning. anything else?

While scary and traumatizing towards others you could jump or use train?

I don't recommend these as others shouldn't feel guilty but I suppose once we're gone we aren't forced to live with consequences.

Hope you find your answers OP though I'd say the SN is the best bet.
