is there really no way to take something, go to sleep and just not wake up? Painless and easy? I looked at the megathread of ways and they either are hard to do and acquire or seem painful. I wish there was a way to turn off the brain's pain response or induce a heart attack in your sleep

I don't think there's any easily accessible, painless method available. Everyone talks about Nembutal being the best option, but it's practically impossible to obtain. My method of choice is SN (nasogastric tube), but I know from other people's accounts that it's not entirely painless or comfortable.

I thought about doing sn but it seems so difficult to find and there are so many posts about it being delayed and not working for people that it didn't seem like the best option, also seemed painful. I hate to say it but I'm so jealous of those who succeed or die by others hands, 2 women were found dead from jumping from the 19th floor in Japan, and there was a shooting in the U.S. where someone got to die. I don't understand why the body and mind don't have an off switch. They say people who give up on life when they get a disease die while those who fight live, why can't we just decide to give up and not wake up 😭

I don't think there's a reason why that button shouldn't exist. Things are as they are, and that's all; nothing has meaning, not even our lives. I imagine you must be suffering, just as I am. Therefore, I hope you can get better, whatever your decision may be.

I wish so much there was a reliable and pain free method. Sadly, there is not. Or if there is, it's impossible to get.

I think hanging should be the least painful from the list but it hurts before I get anywhere close to passing out idk how to fix it

right! that's what I keep leaning towards for the 'peacefulness' of it all. IDK if it is peaceful but people have reported just passing out painlessly pretty fast. my jumping option is stoic, and i would love to do it, but I am having so much anxiety around it.

I went for it because it seems to be the quickest and least painful, unsure about peaceful. I've seen so many videos and posts and everyone seems to be able to pass out quickly. If I could figure out the passing out I would be home free but no matter where I put the rope and how much I push my body down, even tried fsh it is just pain, chocking, coughing, sometimes vomiting feeling I can't get it to pass out yet it's clearly on the spot where my carotid is, I even tried today adding padding on top of the carotid and I ended up gagging. I wish I could pass out as easy as others do. I thought of using NyQuil to help but idk, once I figure it out, if I can, I'll finally be free

oh no. :(
I have tried partial just to see, and it was pretty comfortable for me, which brings me great comfort.
I saw a video of a girl who had people with her and they were just testing to see how long it would take for her to passout, she did partial, anyway within 5 seconds he head flopped to the side and they all ran to get her untied. she said she just got sleepy and has no other memories beyond that.

Do you happen to have the link to the video? I know I saw videos of people doing partial from the thread Evelyn made and most do seem to go quick I just don't know why I can't get it, most of the videos on that thread though are a bit blurry and hard to see, there's one nsfw one with a woman who did it and I think I'm going to try the same positioning as her but in the video it's just her talking to the camera then everything below the neck shows so not the rope placement

I think the painless and straightforward ways will be N and its cousin phenobarbital. However, N is near impossible to obtain and phenobarbital needs some searching.

Though some say hanging is fast to unconscious, but i have fear over hanging myself. Similarly drowning also.

So, my alternative will be SN , Amitripyline, butaneol. However due to strict custom control in my country, i think i might be able to obtain amitriptyline , with some uncertainty.

If you want it "pain-free", and to ensure a binary outcome, then you're gonna have to learn discipline. Otherwise, you are not ready.

"Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it." (Matthew 7:13-14)

Saying if I want pain free I need discipline doesn't mean it would be pain free, that means I'd have to struggle through the pain if I have disciple so I don't think that's goal for any of us

Either you endure and have rest in the finished work, or you don't and have no rest.

This isn't up to me.

People claim there are pain free ways, sn, etc. some claim hanging is painless because they pass out quick so if you figure out how to then you don't need to endure. What's in the photo?

If you find an answer I would love to know. Perhaps that's it as well. We have overcome one pain for another.

Phenobarbitone. I managed to acquire it from the pharmacy guy I go to, cuz he apparently trusts me cuz I usually buy medicines prescribed to me by my psychiatrist, from him ( Sertraline and Flupent ). Even if he didn't trust me, forging a prescription is difficult. They don't verify it, for Schedule H drugs I suppose ( India ).
Although it takes long to get lethal, and has a high survival rates in lower time frames, I think it is the best shot I have.

How it works : It calms your nervous system down and put you to sleep. But in case of an overdose, the brain forgets to tell the lungs to breathe. The person goes into a coma. And as time goes by ( 14-18 hours ) the person dies. If not discovered.

It seems like I can buy it for animals in pill form, that's the only way I can find it. I wonder how much you'd have to take to overdose and how to make sure you're not found for those 14-18 hours to succeed in an overdose. if it is effect on it's own or if it would help make hanging painless.
