I have found an online resource for mental health support, from mental health uk;
Called Clic,

Added a resource which lists sub forums that people with various illnesses can find support within, including borderline, bipolar, anxiety, and other conditions;

One for wider than the UK, this one is psych central forum, looks interesting,
