So as some know, my bottles of N were found and discarded. A friend has a single pill from a clinic in Switzerland. It was intended to help her friend dying of terminal cancer but wasn't needed. Supposedly it is also N. Can one pill do the job?! I didn't pay. It was "gifted". Again, I didn't want for it to come to this, but I see no other option. I'm living in hell.

If it was N in powder form I'm sure they could've fitted in a pill.

That depends on what is in the pill.

One large capsule usually doesn't contain more than 1g of whatever they are filled with.

And we know that the fatal dose for N is around 7 g.
So even if it is powdered N (and not diluted as in the veterinary form), it would still require 7 g of powder.

Could it be possible that this one pill was supposed to be taken together with something else?
I would look up the details on what medications the clinics in Switzerland are prescribing/using. Maybe that will give you an idea of what you actually have there.

The only thing I could think of for one pill to work would be cyanide.

In my country there's been several cases on the news about young girls around 16 to 20, dying from 1 pill of Oxycontin. A 60 to 120 mg pill of Oxy can be lethal, but it depends on the person. I've had it several times while In hospital when wheelchair bound with broken ankles, but none of it ever killed me. I have a high tolerance against pain meds in general though sadly. I've also mixed it with a bottle of whiskey but that didn't kill me either.

That's because those poor kids got street oxy laced with fentanyl 😔

Thank you, all. I was assured it was N… I can't imagine that being true. I am awaiting its arrival. But I am obviously afraid to take something that isn't identified and may not work.

It is 10 grams. But it is taking forever to arrive and I'm unsure if it is being detained in customs. It's just a single pill. I don't know how to hold on but also don't know what else might truly work.

Well, that would be quite a big pill to swallow. Especially for someone who is terminally ill.
All you can do right now is wait and see.

I am not sure how much you trust your friend/contact, but another thought:
Euthanasia clinics and their employees are usually fairly protective of the drugs they dispense. They know the risk involved if those drugs get into someone else's hand, so... if that other person passed away from a natural death, they would have asked for those drugs back. I don't think they just prescribe a fatal cocktail and then hit the road and never look back.

At least not here in Canada. While most patients who receive MAID pass away in healthcare facilities, the drugs CAN be dispensed for at-home use. But the MAID assessors are usually kept in the loop by the pharmacy and by the patient/family and if drugs aren't used they have to be returned to the dispensing pharmacy to be destroyed.

I'd try it alone in case it was a rape drug... I wish I had some...

Thank you for the detailed reply. I still don't have it. It seems to be stuck in customs which isn't a good sign. I trust this friend a lot. Swears it is 10g of N. Not sure how It was procured. I will ask again. And I'm not sure what else to do if not this pill. I'm looking for barbiturates. I feel like an addict (no judgment) yet that is how much pain I am in. Why isn't there an easier solution?

Did you ever receive your pill?

It's a really unusual situation. A single pill would pass customs very easily btw, but 10g in a pill is just insane. I can't see it being correct at all. Even extremely compressed it just wouldn't be small enough to take. If it's something you dissolve in water that might make more sense. I'm very intrigued to know more.

There are ways you could have it tested and I urge you not to just take something sent through the mail that you have no certainty about. It could be anything and do all kinds of bad things to you.

It could be sodium azide. There were stories about this pill. It works similarly to cyanide. The N you put in a capsule may not kill someone. I guess there's just fentanyl and its derivatives that would fit in a capsule and kill someone with zero discomfort.

Thank you. I agree. It's strange. I never received it. Supposedly, it was a single pill of N. Compressed. Anyway, I don't have it to even try :(. I do now have sN which seems a much harder and less peaceful way to go. I'm trying to hold on but so scared of living. And so scared of dying.

Bless you. That's a really tough place to be, I know. In fairness (and I'm not sure if it helps to point this out, but...) you could never really have been certain of the efficacy of the thing you were sent. When you say it was gifted from a friend was it someone you met online or someone you know irl? I'm considering your privacy and security as they had your address I'm assuming.

Thank you again. It is a friend in Spain… Her friend gave it to her (from a right-to-die org in Switzerland) as she has agonizing Lyme disease like me. I'm a former professor snd exec from nyc, now unable to function in society. I was going to try one more treatment protocol yet think I'm ready to ctb. The sn is a single package from ic. I only wish I was doing this with someone holding my hand. No loved one understands the unrelenting pain as Lyme manifested in psych symptoms for me. I fought 6, hellacious years. I'm looking for a final sign….
