I've got nothing to add to OPs problem, I'm sorry - hopefully it can still be fixed. But after all everybody who leaks/looks at those leaked nudes should feel more ashamed of themselves for invading someone else's privacy too such an extreme extend than the person they came from.

The onlything I learned is whenever you (me and whoever it may concern) thinks of taking nudes and sending them to somebody else either:
1. don't 2. don't include your face

Not only women though, men do it just as often.

It can still be dramatic for the person when they leak even if nobody was to "care".
Its still a matter of feeling uncomfortable and highly invated in ones privacy. Most people wouldn´t walk down the street naked either.

Jesus mate I haven't been laid in three fuckin years either but it's not like she cut from the same cloth as women who do enjoy drama, you can tell it's someone genuinely in distress one as you don't end up here willy nilly looking for attention on Google that shits all on reddit etc.
You're very right though it will hurt her exs reputation infinetly worse. That's where I tried to make the point she can focus on his bravado jack the lad friends comments or talk to her girlfriends who will ingeniously be inventing new torture methods by the minute.

The 'allowing recording is a tough one' let's be real people are naive we all are by nature and make mistakes this woman obviously believed he believed in the intimate moment as much as she.

Anyway someone above mentioned if you do feel the impulse then cover your face, if they're asking for proof it's you then hold something only they know you own.

I disagree.. I think those words are thrown around too much when relationships end in a toxic way, for both sexes.

I was on the receiving end of this many years ago and it's what triggered my depression. The polices answer was to just don't have social media or log into emails which is easier said than done. It makes you feel so violated I can definitely understand how your feeling. I hope you will be ok and manage to overcome this
