• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Where I live we have this team of people that visit and if necessary give support when ur in a crisis situation (like ur a big threat to urself but don't want to be admitted in a hospital)

They came by today and I really felt as if they didn't take me serious.. as if how I felt wasn't bad enough.

They will discuss in their team if it's necessary to start the support or not..
I already know they think it won't be necessary.

If you're in the UK, I can't say that the Crisis Intervention Team would be a group in whom I'd put my trust. I believe however that they do vary from area to area.
I'm very sorry that you must be feeling alone in a time of great stress.

The "crisis" team feels like a total scam to me. It seems like no one really cares about you are struggling. Just think about it—going to therapy one day and then the next day you are killing yourself :/

They are paid to do a job. To them (most of them, anyway) you are just a statistic. A few might see you as a person they genuinely care about, but most won't. That's why you need friends and/or the people here on SaSu.
Unless you have lots of money, and can buy quality professional care, that's the sad reality.
