Help Noise during hanging?

Is noise during hanging a real thing?I'm worried cause I'm planning on partial hanging at night and if I'm gonna make throat noises during hanging it may get heard from close rooms depending on how loud it will be?.
No other noise I'm concerned about as I'm not doing it near the door or other objects.

from the videos I've seen people tend to make loud gagging noises and also spasm and hit nearby walls

Yes, it can be loud. Some people flop around arms & legs as well as loud sometimes agonal breathing.
Best to do it when nobody is around
