It probably has been, I mean it was called committing suicide because it was a crime, hence the commit part.

I can't imagine anyone who tried to kill themself but failing being hauled up in front of a court and sent to prison, not today anyway.

If I didn't have SN I'd go with full hanging somewhere or train. I'd make sure to leave a note for the authorities that tells them that they could have prevented a random person findig a dead body or fucking up the train traffic for hours.

I don't get why though? SN will be found in the autopsy and for the people who fail there SN attempts, the doctors would know they injected sodium nitrite. I don't see what difference it makes.

And even if you are right, to be honest, it's human nature. WHen one finally has the bottle of SN infront of them about to ctb, they don't really care. Especially when they are the only going to play a small part in helping SN stay in the market.
