Of course you get a response from a scammer. That's how they scam you.

Actually, if you have N, then you really don't need SN.
Anti-e = Antiemetics
This is a medicine which suppresses the body's self defense mechanism to purge (vomit) substances which are poison.
This is like when you vomit when you have had too much alcohol to drink. It is an involuntary action.
If you do not take an antiemetic, there is a good chance you will vomit up the E before it gets a chance to ctb you.
There is an entire thread on antiemetics.
There are some over the counter ant-e's, but they are crap - not strong enough for N.
You need to get a prescription grade anti-e, such as metoclopramide.
Normally, you need a prescription, but there are sources on eBay which will sell you from other countries.

Also, if you use the search tool, and search the word 'antiemetic' with the search title only box checked,
it comes up with 22 threads about antiemetics, some will tell you where to get them.
