Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

My life has become completely obliterated over the past few years, all because I developed severe ME/CFS after a covid infection in 2020. I was in the prime of my life before I became ill - thriving in my career, happily married, engaged in hobbies like weightlifting, traveled to beautiful places, and lived a life of comfort and privilege that I did not appreciate. I lost it all - my asshole husband decided to abandon me a year into our marriage because I was "useless." I had to stop working because I was mostly bedbound, having debilitating chronic pain and flu-like symptoms. Gave up all hobbies because they would trigger flare-ups. Look up Physics Girl on Youtube if you want an example of how much covid can fuck you up - she was bedridden for 2 years and couldn't even use the bathroom on her own. I'm not quite as sick as she was at her worst, but not far off. I can't live independently and am now dependnet on my elderly mother for support.

I have a fairly large amount of immediate release Dilaudid tablets, Ativan, and a small amount (30 tablets of Soma 350 mg).

I would like to know the precise dosing of these medications, in combination (or using Dilaudid alone) that would 100% end my life. I'd prefer to not suffer too much in the end but I've been in pain and misery for so long, I'll put up with some discomfort to get out of my current situation. I also have Zofran as I've heard vomiting is a problem, but I'm not sure if this is strong enough.

I've tried virtually all of the treatments I've come across for years and years. I even did a 9-month long clinical trial receiving heavy-duty IV immunotherapy (that made me very sick) and that didn't help either. I'm not optimistic about the pace of research or that there will even be a single treatment that comes to market in the next 10 years. Hell, even in my life time.

Thank you all for your help.

I'm sorry to see that no one has reacted to this after ten days. Personally I know nothing about pharmaceuticals, I've always avoided them for the most part.
All I know is that drug overdoses are considered a non-method here because they hardly ever work.
I'd hope you can find a different, more reliable way to end your suffering. Or maybe my reply will help to bump this thread so it will find the attention of someone who can answer your questions better than I can.

It sounds really horrific what you're going through. Myself I've been lucky with Covid, got it only in 2023, and only suspect that it was Covid because at one point I realized my sense of smell was 100% gone. Until then I had assumed I just had a really bad flu. I've never been vaccinated since I avoid pharmaceuticals, as I said, and I suspect that might have only made it much worse. I fully recovered in under a week, including my sense of smell.
It pains me most that you mentioned weightlifting - I work out a lot myself and I've always been determined to keep doing it until my very last day. It sounds like you used to be in great shape and to have a very active life. Losing that is unimaginable. I wish you all the best! đź–¤

this will most likely be very painful, might not even work. I would strongly advise against. It is not like the movies, it isnt peaceful
