My biggest problem is SI makes me stand up when doing partial. So I'm thinking, what if I tie my ankles, and the opposite side of the length, make "cuffs" that could hold in one hand until after I sink into position then quickly put both hands in the cuffs so that way it would impossible to stand?

Sounds terrifying but that would work. That never even entered my mind. You would have to make sure you're alone though, because if SI kicks in and you panic, you might make a lot of noise.

That sounds like absolute torture. You don't deserve that.

When I have attempted partial, it's not really scary. I just have trouble with the passing out feeling while upright. I've tried repeatedly to make tourniquet work, because I could just lay back and pass out, but I was successful once when I wasn't ready and just testing and haven't been successful again. So my other options are
1. Make partial work but find a way to stop myself from standing
Or
2. Full over my door, with a rope I'm not entirely sure wouldn't break. It's rated for 195 load limit, and I'm 135, but struggling might put the rope over the load limit.

Or you can just go for a peaceful method instead of a violent one. :)

Why? Partial hasn't been unpleasant, really. My body just instinctively tries to prevent me from passing out on my feet.

SN doesn't sound peaceful, and I don't really have a problem with puking my guts out (it can't be worse than puking bile from bowel obstructions) but I'm afraid I wouldn't absorb enough due to missing most of my small intestine.
I tried SWB. Can't make myself pass out.
I can't do CO or exit bag, I have no where to do them and/or not enough money.

I just imagine your hands cuffed up while waiting to drift away and picture awful SI and I just feel bad :( I know it would be super quick objectively but it probably feels like forever suffering and possibly instinctively fighting. Not trying to dump on your method at all, just caring. I hope you can figure it out!

It seems better to me than full, TBH. And I have been seriously considering that, because I have tried for days to overcome my SI with no luck. I almost stabbed myself in the neck, and the only thing that stopped me from that is there was no guarantee I'd hit the carotid and unlike rope marks, a big hole in my neck isn't going to be covered up with make up.
I thought about walking up to Walmart to get the stuff to try night night. Honestly sounds like it would be ideal for me if I can get it to work. But I tried tourniquet method for days, too and couldn't get it to work like my 1 successful trial run. If I could have gotten that to work I'd be gone. IDK why but SI doesn't kick in for me when I'm in my bed, twisting the tourniquet. But every try after that 1 time I just got exploding head feeling instead of woozy/pass out feeling.

Oh I agree it definitely seems better than full. I haven't looked into night night, you found a sweet spot with the SI which is awesome. I only remember the exploding head feeling from partial and my SI was way too strong.

I don't have too much trouble finding my sweet spot. I actually almost accidentally CTB the first time I tested partial. It hit me fast and strong and I had trouble getting out of the noose. I was stumbling around for a good 10 minutes after. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to really replicate that either. It's like playing around with it reduced the effect somewhat. But I can push my fingers into that spot and reliably get that feeling. I wish I had a Korean collar... That would 100% work for me. I'd be out in less than 10 seconds with that, I think.
But IDK if I could make that walk up to Walmart at this time, really. I'm barely eating. I've lost 5 pounds in 3 days. It would be 3 mile walk there and back. I don't know if I have the energy. Last thing I need is to pass out on the main road through town and be taken to the hospital. Where I know they would force me to get IV potassium (burns like fire going in) and any other electrolytes or vitamins and minerals I may be low on. It's a chronic issue and any time I land in the ER it's one of the first things they check for. I was kind of hoping my potassium would plummet on it's own and I'd just die of a heart attack. I know it's really low, I just don't think it's life threatening low and it could take weeks to get there. I don't have the patience for that. Lol

Oh snap. Now I see what you meant...
Fit the "collar", tie feet and hands, then..just sit?
Wait...the knees still bend. Couldn't you still stand?
Edit.. I guess it would depend on the height of the collar...having trouble seeing it.

It would be difficult to stand if the rope binding hands and feet is fairly short. Especially in the time span before I lose consciousness. It would be pretty hard to get out of, I think. I'm also pretty weak, anyway. The last time I tried the "sit in air" position I had to use my arms to help pull myself up.
I'm also considering feet and hands behind my back. It would really almost be full in that case, but the tops of my feet would be touching the floor. I wouldn't be able to get the bottoms of my feet on the floor, I think.
Last time I counted I got to 7 before I was seriously disoriented and I just don't think I could manage to get to my feet in another 3 seconds.

Oh wow, that must've been a scary experience
I'm curious, is partial really better than full suspension?

I already answered this in chat, but to anyone else wondering... I think it's up to the individual. Full, if you are confident in your materials (rope, anchor point, knot tying skills) and are sure you won't be rescued will be fatal, and it will hurt until you pass out. Partial is easier to pull off with whatever you have to work with, but it offers an easy way out, and for me, it's not really painful. The lack of confidence in anchor point and material are why I am hesitant to try full. And that's why I am trying to remove the "easy way out" with partial.
