New here, just want to say it out loud

I've lurked here for a bit, finally created an account. Been passively suicidal since I was a young teen, sometimes actively.

Recently, I've been serious, I'm just....tired. Life circumstances have changed, unlikely to get better.

A few years back I had decided on the exit bag as my choice, but I've been afraid of messing it up. Recently, I've landed on SN, for various reasons.

I am lucky (kinda?) enough to have a plentiful supply of Reglan and Zofran, because of a medical issue I have.
Is it overkill to use both? Probably not.
Thinking of trying to get propranolol to help with tachycardia. I've had it before, wouldn't be hard to get another script for it.
Of course the main issue is SN. I'm sure I'll find it at some point, but I've been looking for the past hour, and I'm giving up for now. Hopefully I get the energy to continue my search later. At least I have the other needed components.

Anyway, hi. Glad there is a safe community to talk about this in, it helps not feeling so alone.

Yes, I hope that for all. We all deserve relief from suffering, however that can happen.
