New here, and not finding what I need, help?

I just want answers to "how" and "where" regarding methods, ordering, etc. What am I missing? Other sites already have all the discussions about depression and misery, and I was under the impression this site was different. Can someone guide me to where I need to be?

This lists some of the more common methods that are widely seen as some of the best available. Another few that aren't mentioned on there are Shallow Water Blackout (SWB) and Partial Hanging (often just called partial). The search bar will unlock for you once you have posted enough comments/threads. Some acronyms you may want to know are CTB (Catch The Bus, meaning to commit suicide), N (Nembutal, a poison) and SN (Sodium Nitrite, another poison). The first thing I'd tell you is that you need to get your post count up. The easiest way to do that is make some comments in other people's threads. Once you hit the magic number of posts, a search function will open up to you in the upper right hand corner of the page. Using the search function you can search for threads about whatever you want. I'm not sure exactly how many posts you need to get the "additional" features of this website open to you, but lets say it's around 20 or 25. I think you also have to be active on the website for like a day or so.

In the alternative, you can also make up you own thread about whatever you are seeking and ask for advice that way.

"how" and "where" regarding methods

How and where depends on where you live, how you live (alone or with other people), the country you live in, your age, your health condition, the availability of equipment, how much money you have to buy things. Not every method is suitable for every person. Maybe you already have ideas and questions about methods. You can find a lot of info in the search function as soon as you can use it.

Thanks so much! I didn't have access to this info so I really appreciate it. I skimmed over the rules and info (of course, duh, I'll go back and read more carefully) in my haste to find the final cure for what ails me. You're the best.
