Help Need a bit more information on yew poisoning

Although it may be unlikely that I'll use yew, I know the mixture can be prepared in advance and has no antidote, so I would like to have it as a backup. I just need some information on where yew trees usually grow, the number of needles that are needed to be 100% fatal if I weigh around 95 pounds and the best way to extract the poison. I appreciate everyone's help.

I would research any method for yourself. most people on here are going by a method on the ppeh. They are interested in a quick pain free as possible death. If you search yew on this site you may get a couple of hits.

This is a very slow and unpleasant process. To me it's not appealing.
