Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

My dream method is the exit bag, but every time I look at welding stores online for N2, Ar or He, I need to enter information about my place of work. Is this because I have to be a welder to buy these things in Canada or is it simply because I'm attempting to buy it online? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Have you looked locally at hardware stores and gas depots? It may be easier to buy an empty cylinder online and then fill it locally. Come up with a convenient lie like TIG-MIG welding or brewing beer.
Helium is more expensive but big cylinders for larger events do exist with high purity. They probably fill them at the same local gas depot.

This is very helpful actually, I'm not really familiar with this though and am unsure about what the cylinder needs to be (eg. will they fill a propane cylinder with these gasses??) and what size. Do you have any details that may help?

Propane tanks are typically at a much lower pressure than high pressure nitrogen, so they wouldn't hold the necessary amount we need. You could probably buy the cylinder at the gas depot/hardware store but chances are they would ask more questions to suit your needs requiring you to be more knowledgeable about your lie.
What I've seen others do is ordering an empty cylinder from @mazon like a 40 CU steel cylinder then filling them.

Could be because they only use freight type shipping. As those cylinders are under tremendous pressure and potentially dangerous to ship.
Got to be a local welding supply store around.
Hell, I think even places like tractor supply sell Argon welding tanks
