Hi all, I'm planning to go with SN in the near future and wanted to share my protocol with y'all. Let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions. Ty

My SN regime:
4:00pm to 2:00pm- About 23hour fast
2:00pm- No liquids
*no liquids 2 hours before SN only small sips for the pills
3:00pm- Take 1000mg ibruprofen
3:20pm- Take 350mg Quetiapine (AE)
*prepare 3 servings of 25g SN in 50ml water
(I have prepared 3 servings in case I vomit)
*wait 40 mins
4:00pm- Drink one glass SN
4:00pm- Take 5mg lorazepam (benzo)
*relax and lay right side

The only thing that worries me is waiting 40 min after preparing the SN to drink it. The now-dead Suicide Wiki said that an SN solution is only potent for a few hours after mixing. So 40 min could already affect the potency of the mixture significantly.
Other than that I don't see any problems with your protocol, hopefully your suffering will come to an end one way or another.

I can't get my hands on meto, vizzys guide said some antipsychotics like Quetiapine can also be used as an AE but it's not as strong as meto

Your plan seems solid, I will take the benzos 20 minutes before, I hope the body processes them quickly to get rid of the fear that I might get after drinking SN, drinking it is not scary, but the aftermath is.

The only thing I can advise you is to make a relaxing playlist (or not) to keep yourself entertained and not think too much.

I don't think you need a 23h fast. 8h is enough. Overall, I think you should increase the AEs. Here is my SN protocol if you would like to compare:

You want to take the SN drink on an empty stomach to optimize absorption. You should take the benzos as a separate drink after the SN drink (cf. SN protocol in PPH book).

Because they would take a long time to take effect if they are not crushed.

Take them before then?:) The idea is to add as little water to your body as possible. Why add water when you can do a benzo 30 min before.

I see it like this, if I take benzos and sleeping pills after SN, when will they take effect? When I'm already unconscious? It doesn't work for me, we need to be calm after drinking SN... that's why I'll take them before.
Yes, that's the big problem, that I'll have drunk just before SN... I was thinking of taking the meto and the benzos (without sleeping pills) along with the paracetamol, but I don't know how they will affect me and if I'll be in condition when I need SN. So I guess what I'll do is take paracetamol + meto 1 hour before and 20 minutes before the benzos and sleeping pills... I'll have to hold out a little longer until SN is processed, but hopefully some of the water with the crushed benzos will already be processed and taking effect.
