Help Fine tuning my SN protocol/plan

Greetings.
This is a purely "technical" thread in which I will be describing my SN protocol/plan with the goal of having it scheduled in plain sight, with the chance of tweaking it thanks to eventual/occasional assistance from people more knowledgeable than me on the matter.

I have read Vizzy's SN Bible but the chance that I missed something might be there, so bear with me in case I made some stupid mistakes, and, most importantly, do NOT take this as a guide! I am just sharing my personal experience!

As mentioned earlier, should I find some way to optimize the plan (possibly with the help of more knowledgeable people than me), I will edit the thread.

Requirements:
- SN: (as of 23/06/2025 it has been ordered and will arrive in a couple of days max)
- anti-emetic: I haven't had the chance to look around the house, but I am 99% sure there are no anti-emetics anywhere. Vizzy's guide mentioned using Quetiapine, which I happen to have and take regularly as medication.
- sedative: I will use my father's Xanax, and, hopefully, Quetiapine should also help, since it has a very strong sedative effect on me that begins at 2 hours past consumption.

The Plan:
I don't have a specific day, but it'll be one in which everyone in the house will be going for work, leaving the house to myself for the entire morning from about 8:30 AM up to about 1:00 PM.
Night before: smuggle all the necessary stuff in my bedroom. This includes:
- tea spoon;
- SN;
- blister of Xanax;
- blister of Quetiapine;
- hydroflask with natural water inside;
- Graded cup/plastic cup with a mark on the 44 mL water level;
6:30 AM: Wake up with the help of my phone's alarm being set at low volume under my pillow in order to wake me up without my parents noticing.
7:45 AM: take 400mg of Quetiapine (x8 50mg tabs) and 1.25mg of Xanax (x5 0.25 tabs because there's not many).
8:30 AM: drink 3.5 tea spoons of SN mixed with 44 mL of water and lay down on my right side.

The first thing I wanted to do was see if I could squeeze some extra time.
The reason why I'm not doing this at night is because my parents are light sleepers and I've been told you tend to start making noises while SN takes effect.
The first idea I had was to take the SN a bit before the last person leaves the house, since you don't immediately start being loud upon taking it. Any advice on how much time earlier I could take the SN?

I knew there had to be morning options for SN, tho I probably won't set an alarm for CTB. There might be less perceived waiting that way too.

People can sometimes delay unexpectedly before leaving the house btw, it is annoying tho I sometimes wait a few mins after door sounds and silence to do activities that I prefer being done alone (like going on darknet)
