That is very horrible. To me it's selfish enough that people choose to procreate in a life where anyone can end up in agony, but it's absolutely awful how people bring humans into this world just to make them suffer and ruin everything for them. They constantly project their own selfish, unattainable desires on their offspring and then get mad when said child develops desires of their own... Wish we lived in a world where people weren't forced to bear children when they either don't want them or have no clue how to be a decent parent.

My parents treat me like dirt, manipulate me, use my illnesses against me, and keep me trapped. But then when I want to ctb, I get guilt tripped, and told it would devastate them, and told never to do it. And then they go right back to treating me like dirt, and telling me how worthless and embarrassing I am. I no longer care what they think about me wanting to ctb. They only care because of the guilt and embarrassment it would cause them. They never change. And have ruined my self esteem all my life.

I wish it was as hard for straight couple to make a baby as it is for gay people. Guarantee a lot more thought would be put into it. If I had not started life with trauma and neglect from birth and had been protected from predators the outcome would have been different. Trauma is truly the gateway drug for many modern ills.

But my mom was too hungry for money from child support checks to ever do it, despite telling me how much she didn't want me frequently and that she couldn't take care of me. I'd look around at other peoples parents when I'd visit my friends and just wish so hard that I one day could have parents like that too. My parents totally ruined my life and set me up for suffering, even today as an independant adult, because of their own selfish needs and horrible agendas.

Many people are constrained in life by the feeling that they have to help their parents or keep some sort of bond with them. It can be freeing to not have that bond as a constraint. The life of a person is theirs alone. We do not choose our births. We might choose our deaths. We might have some freedom inbetween. Don't fear freedom. Do what you will with the life that you've been given.
