So Imma wait till the holiday is over to try to cbt again. I think Imma walk to the park and jump into the lake. It's gonna be rainy and 40 so it should be cold enough to get hypothermia. Imma try to drown but if I die of hypothermia instead I wont be mad. I'm gonna leave when my mom is asleep so like 12 or 1. Its supposed to rain all night Sunday so I should already be cold from the long walk. I know a guy rides his fourwheeler there so its perfect that its gonna be rainy. Sunday is the only day that its gonna be rainy on so I don't have a lot of other days. If y'all have any questions or advice for me it is greatly appreciated.

Im not sure if hypothermia at 40F will kill you quickly.
There will be a big adrenaline dump when you jump in. As you get colder you will get dumber and possibly incoherent, so you might not be able to make decisions after it sets in. Like id guess your best bet is probably staying in the water but you might get out and wander.

Wear a backpack full of stones and bricks. Tight it so that it doesn't come loose. The weight will get you to the bottom.

I was also going to use this method. But i want my body to be found by my family. Otherwise my mom will never give up hope of my coming back.

Now i will do full hanging in the house.

In my opinion, the most important thing in this method is to be drunk in order to be more psychologically resistant to the cold. If I used this method I would definitely drink because I hate cold weather and the feeling of being cold.
