An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.
There have been goodbye posts on here and then the member has shown up at a later date either because of a failed attempt, being found and taken to hospital or any other number of reasons.
There have been more than a few fakers on here, I therefore would hold off on having a wake until it's confirmed externally..

I've seen a few where they return under a new account to watch others grieve for them. Anyway...
This could be genuine, in which case l hope it went as well for him/her as possible, but I'd consider it deeply unwise for anyone to accept these types of posts, and similar ones elsewhere, as absolute evidence of the workings of a method.

Unpopular opinion but who cares? Are we really losing anything by giving our condolences or having 'a wake'? How are we to confirm externally that his death happened?
There's no donations, funeral costs or anything to the likes being lost by spending 5 seconds to type out a goodbye comment. If I decide to make a post, I'd hate to know that people went on for comments and comments wasting time to argue whether it was a hoax.
If they do come back with some lame or unbelievable excuse then yeah, crucify them.

I don't understand some people who join and then claim they are going to CTB, without much time here or question or some type of interaction. Makes me a bit skeptical of their intentions and integrity.
Some of us are actually here to find comfort and release of our pain in life and will take that leap into our journey regardless of our fears and survival instinct,
I have found the support I needed so much in making this decision here and thank everyone who has found it in their hearts to spend the time to help me.
For this, I say thank you

I care tbh, so far on this site I've seen one fake ctb be used as part of an N scam, one fake ctb which popularised an inefficient method, more than one who have returned under an alt to feed off the grieving of others; these are all really shitty things to do on a forum of this nature, and are much more harmful to the genuine and often vulnerable and desperate members of this community than a caustic posting style, or whatever.

I mean, I see how this could be genuine?? I for one have spent months gathering info from threads on this site and have even attempted (unsuccessfully) one of the methods (Exit bag & inert gas). But I only made an account about a week ago, and this is my first ever post. Based on my experiences, it doesn't seem too strange that they only posted today and made an account so recently.
Either way, I hope they rest in peace and feel no more pain.

So because there have been a handful of 'goodbye posts' that have been deceptive, all posts should be treated with skepticism if they are new users or describe something in their attempt that goes against the general belief? If the user was clearly trying to run a scam then I'd understand the criticism and need to look deeper but it looks like some dude just wanted to give their experience of an attempt that doesn't have a whole lot of info and they just happened to have a new account.
I just don't understand why we are heading on page 3 of this thread and most of it has been spent playing detective on whether this anonymous user did actually try to die.

A) It was genuine
B) It wasn't genuine but only to put N on a pedestal. N is our most-wanted and premium end-of-life option (according to the mainstream) and has a lot of greedy customers. Scammers like to take advantge of that. As we all could see, one member (ow it was u!;) on this thread already grabbed to N as the one and only way.
Make your choice. But important is to consider both options as a possibility.

I doubt there are many people who would come here to fake an attempt. I can definitely see this being real and it's insightful imo, even if we didn't get the amounts Bichimacrow used. I had the same problem mixing my first mixture, it just wanted to clump at the bottom. It's good to know that that first mix is how the DMSO + SN mix is supposed to look. He said he took a large dose, which I assume to be over 20g since that seems to be the common recommended SN dose. Too high of a dose of SN just worsens your symptoms until you pass out. Some people say to take 25g+ SN, but that's probably too much for a lot of reasons. It's too bad Bichimacrow didn't tell us how much they took beyond that it was a high dose, that would've been useful to know.

Here's a similar thread where I thought what you're thinking rn verbatim in fact...
Tonight is the flight.
I understand where they're coming from. You can see that people got scared from his reaction to feeling pain. Now people are scared of sn... After reading the attached thread I was in love with the idea of sn as the op made it seem peaceful like drifting into heaven... The op then reappeared online... looking back they were right to be suspicious... and not gonna lie I was suspicious of the op of this thread... They aren't wrong to be suspicious. As @Chinaski said I care because these goodbye posts really impact people. This is your final act... It's kind of a big deal...

This forum has made it very vocal about the SN+DMSO+antiemtics.. We have no backed research besides anecdotal and self proclaimed research from others on here. These posts concern me because this method is getting widely popular without much research on it. There is a comment in the PPeH that says something like we know one documented death and they allegedly felt not much pain. While others make suggestions that you could perhaps feel pain.
Anyway, threads like this are popularizing this method and I'm concerned for people's health who want to CTB. I don't really have an answer on what to do with these threads but I really don't want people taking these posts then to just fuck up. Perhaps scarring themselves for the rest of their lives.

I remember this thread perfectly. I was on the OP's thread online from the moment he "allegedly" took SN up until he "supposedly" lost consciousness about 25 minutes or so in. I also remember how he "allegedly" took 40mg metoclopramide as his last medicine about 50 minutes or so before SN and how he reappeared online a couple days after "apparently" ctb'ing.

Bichimacrow sorry we didn't get to know you better. I hope you are ok in the sense that your pain is over and you have moved on or that things didn't go as planned and you survived without any detrimental effects. If the later is true I for one welcome you back any time but in any event, peace be with you friend...

I'm also a relatively quiet (and appreciative!) observer, so the lack of prior postings doesn't surprise me either. I can see myself posting details here when it is my turn, to give a little back to the group.

The responsibility for this lies with the fakers and bullshitters whose actions have sadly directly led to a degree of cynicism, not with those who've been here long enough to rightly take a balanced view of goodbye threads.

If you are looking to someone's "Goodbye thread" to choose/clarify or update your own method then that may not be wise.
We have no reason to doubt @Xerxes
experience but it is not a FACT. Anyone can write anything on here.
When choosing a method, you are choosing how to DIE. Research carefully from a variety of resources - not just a member of this forum who could be talking nonsense.

The problem with SN is there isn't much a foundation to base the symptoms on to begin with. Is it really all that painful? My pain level will be different than yours anyways. But if people are faking their deaths on here using SN, how do we really know? How do we really know that it isn't a painful way to ctb? From reading a few ctb after-maths, one would say that it is. But 2 days ago it wasn't. Who do we believe now? We will have to wait for more people who try this method out, if there are any more who will. But with all the speculation, one now thinks did they really ctb?
The only way is if the user leaves a name and a city where they are from, to be credible. Has the trust issue gone out the window at SS?

It would appear to me that a lot of the "pain" that some people are experiencing from this method could definitely be blamed on the fact that they are Not following the posted amounts to ingest and ways to use it Correctly.
From what I have read the pain and discomfort "in my opinion" is coming from their half ass, Willy Nilly way.
I will use SN, with dmso and even though some have said it isn't necessary, I will use Antiemetics

Well one should do their own research instead of jumping on the lastest bandwagon of ways to ctb, I agree.
I've been reading more and more lately that haven't researched anything. They just really want you to tell them the answer, instead of them trying to find the answer. Then they never post back or a thanks or anything. I mean at least say thank you in return ffs
