I decided to create a topic in which everyone can share their negative experience of an unsuccessful suicide attempt so that we can discuss here the reason for our failures and draw conclusions in order to avoid such mistakes in the future. Mistakes in such a dangerous business can be very costly. In 2015, I managed to get 6 packs of digoxin and I was sure that if I took all these 600 digoxin tablets, I would die. I did it with such firmness and determination, but failed. I got a slight aggravation of my heart problems and several agonizing hours. I was afraid to go to the doctor after my suicide attempt and this exacerbated my problems with heart failure. Failed suicide attempts can be crippling and dangerous if they don't result in death - now I have this fear of failure that motivated me to join this forum in the hope of getting more information to do things right.

Your post makes me anxious because an opiate overdose is exactly how I would like to die. Have you calculated the lethal dose? The reason for the failure was only that you did not take care that you would not be found?

No I didn't calculate, but I thought it would be enough (600mg total oxy). Maybe if I added benzos and wasn't found soon I wouldn't be here anymore. They gave me narcan in the hospital

I sympathize with you, it's a pity that you had to go through all this.

I will try to be very responsible and take 2 lethal doses. This may sound bad - but I will first conduct an experiment with several rats and calculate the lethal dose from their body weight. I want to be completely sure of success.

Before you passed out, did you feel any discomfort or pain? Is an opiate overdose really painless? What did you feel?

Similar experience for me as well. Had taken 15 fent laced oxys and a bunch of pressed xanax. Woke up to EMS in my apartment and got to spend a couple days inpatient and almost 2 months outpatient. Learned that once you have a tolerance it takes a whole lot more fentanyl to end things.

Thanks for sharing your experience. What did you feel during the overdose? I read that opiates depress breathing. Did you feel suffocated? I have a mild form of heart failure and sometimes I feel suffocated and I have a mild panic attack due to hypoxia - it's painful. I'm so cowardly now after my failure))

I just felt really high. Idk if you've ever taken opiates before, but it was like a super strong, blissful high then lights out. It's still my 1st choice method. Respiratory depression doesn't really begin until you're passed out so no real worry of suffocation. You will def feel your breathing getting slower though but that's any opiate high (at least for me).

No I have never tried opiates. I think opiates are a bit like being drunk, maybe I'm wrong.

No problem! Also, Phenobarbital? The seizure drug? Or do you mean Pentobarbital? The opiates should def make it at least somewhat pleasant.

I don't really know what I could compare the opiates to. Maybe benzos if you've ever taken any of those? Bit less of a sedative effect depending how much you take and more of a full body high.

I mean fenobarbital - I have access to this drug and I can buy a lot of it and very cheaply - about $3 per pack. But in 1 tablet 7 mg fenobarbital. I sometimes take 2 or 3 tablets of it to get a good night's sleep - I do it very rarely - once a week or even 1 time in 2 weeks to get deep sleep. I also have domperidone. And I want to combine it with opiates like fentanyl or oxycodone to improve my chances of success. I hope this cocktail will works.

Hmm interesting. You made me look at some cases for pheno toxicity and it seems like a decent CTB method. Also found another drug called secobarbital. Bout to see if I can find a source for these. Thank you for that info!

Also, fent might be a bit difficult to source on DN markets so I recommend trying to find any Nitazene opioid you can. They're pretty prevalent on DN markets and more potent than fent.

No, I've never taken anything like that. I tried only cocaine - it just invigorated me and i felt that I was more sober than when I was sober! But I'm too lazy and greedy to buy cocaine - in Kazakhstan 1 gram costs about $250 or $300 of very crappy quality. Another time my friend in Moscow gave me something and I tried it - I thought it was cocaine, but the effect was very strange - I felt very hot, I had tunnel vision, and it felt like my soul had been knocked out of my body - but it was not painful, rather pleasant. She called it fen - maybe she meant fentanyl, it was a white powder and I thought it was cocaine, but it was not cocaine. Unfortunately, I have not communicated with this friend for a long time and have lost her phone number and cannot ask what it was

But I'm too lazy and greedy to buy cocaine - in Kazakhstan 1 gram costs about $250 or $300 of very crappy quality. God damn and I thought US coke was expensive. Coke is alright, def not worth the price. That sounds like fent though. At least some kind of opioid. And it is a white powder so decent chance it was. Fet, fetty, fent are the only names I know of it though but I'm sure fen is as well.

No just felt like my breathing was slowing down , that's about it
