SN is difficult to get in the UK. Does anyone know any CTB methods accessible in the UK? It seems way too difficult. It's either really difficult to do or really difficult to get.

You can use a mail forwarding service such as MBE and have the package with SN shipped to an EU country. MBE will forward it to you. Other members have done it this way. SN is easy to get in the EU.

for your google search:

Other reliable and more peaceful methods are: intert gas (helium or nitrogen) with SCUBA or SCBA equipment) or carbon monoxid.

Instead of the equipment you see in this thread, you can also use: Ocean Reef Neptune Space G divers mask or Ocean Reef Neptune III and Ocean Reef regulator. The threaded connections on the cylinder may be different in the UK than in the EU. This means that you also need a different adapter. And the regulator is available with a DIN or INT connection.

A lot of people manage to die (unintentionally) in the outdoors in the UK. Bad weather in the mountains can kill people quickly. Do a little research.

I guess ropes are not banned in the UK? So hanging is easily accessible. CO Method using charcoal should also be no problem to get there.

There are so many methods to use in the UK like hanging, jumping from tower bridge or London Bridge, jumping in front of a train ( I wouldn't recommend this though), CO2 poisoning etc….

To me all the methods are either risky, inaccessible or just horrible/incredibly difficult to go through with. If you came here looking for a straightforward way to ctb then there's simply none, if there was a decent poison or pills type method that's reliable and easily accessible then it would just get restricted. Sadly the UK really is such an anti-suicide country, it's especially difficult to ctb here, I also exist in this country and I hate how suicide is so stigmatised.

The most common method in the UK is hanging which accounts for 59.4% of all suicides among males and 45.0% of all suicides among females.

Hanging is the most straightforward and reliable one we have, anything else seems too risky or impossible to get hold of. I'd love to go with SN but it's not really a choice we have. If you truly want to CTB you'll be able to make it work with some form of hanging if you do your research right.

I'm sorry but what a ridiculous statement to say you hate a country because they are anti-suicide? Do you think countries should instead encourage it and not offer help to those suffering? Good luck finding this mythical country which encourages suicide and hands out N with tokens from a box of shredded .

Yes countries should allow people to do ctb if a person don't want to live their miserable life and don't want to be a slave to the system. They should not encourage it but they should provide a peaceful ctb environment to everyone who wanna die in peacefully

Anti-suicide should not be a real thing because everyone should have the right to do whatever they want including doing ctb and it is country responsibility to make sure it is done smoothly

"Everyone should have the right to do whatever they want", sounds just like anarchy to me 🤣 Most of us on this forum are here looking for a way out, doesn't mean to say we think that everybody should be allowed to CBT whenever the mood takes them, some of those people could be helped with treatment and go on to live full lives.

To get help or not it depends on the person, if the person doesn't want to get help that should be okay too then country should help them to do suicide in peace

The only true way to eliminate suffering is to not procreate in the first place. I didn't ask to be here and I think many other people on this forum could say the same thing as me. I'm from UK and I want to die, but the options on offer to me are quite barbaric. The UK calls itself 1st world, yet we can't even have full autonomy over our own lives. I've come to the conclusion that the rich people in the world need people who suffer to sell their drugs and stuff to. Even if you're getting them through disability income, they're still getting money for it. Also the companies making money for the products, clothes and food they sell. The world is revolting when you zoom out and look at it for what it really is. A lot of the world still lives in poverty, yet people still want to have more babies. I hope the whole thing goes BOOM! Humans will eventually meet their inevitable demise just like Neanderthals and Denisovans did as well as many other species. Humans can't keep outrunning the tide of extinction.

I've seen some CTBs were they place their neck across the tracks of a train.
But you need to be sure the wheels are unobstructed, or it could fail.
Most from india, they seem to be instantaneous.

A few countries already allow assisted suicide, these are for very rare medical cases, but they still exist.

I don't think the UK is anti-suicide. I live there and if you look at the amount of suicides they have repressed which happened due to their crackdown on disablement benefits they positively encourage it (as long as you belong to the underclass, that is), but they don't help either.
