What can I do and where could I go to "disappear" and never be found. I don't want my body discovered. It's better if I just disappear than being found and my suicide is confirmed. Any place in US that allows for such a way of CTB?

Are you sure that is a good idea? Sure, being found is not nice, but at least people can have closure, if you just, disappear you might impose an agony worse than being found, since people will have to live with the brutality and horror of uncertainty for a very long time, now, if you want to disappear, here is an unconventional solution, have you heard of hiking culture in the US? the country has some of the longest and most intricate treks in the continent, like the pacific crest trail or the appalachian trail, there is people who live on the trail for years, decades even if they are crazy enough, and no one asks your name, nom de guerre and nicknames are very common in trek culture, you can get lost in the wilderness and disguise it as an accident, to get lost in the trail is not very common but also not unheard of, and, since the american landscape is just breathtaking, you might find purpose and change your mind while on the trail, actually, trek culture is kind of awesome, but to be fair, it requires money and preparation, I don't know, could be an option, you can look into it, there are some very good you tube channels on the subject

i think the ctb method, or death in general, with the highest yield of never being found/being found years later would be drowning. going to some remote river or lake, you'll probably have the best chance by tying yourself to a weight so you don't come to the surface. and apparently the final stage of drowning is actually quite calm/euphoric. even if you don't wanna drown you could take medication and position yourself in a way that you'd end up in the water. i'd say the hardest part is just leaving no traces of actually going to the location, especially once you're there and don't wanna/can't use a boat.

My death will be agony for my parents whether I am found or not. This thing I am trying to avoid is shame and the "dishonor" that comes from that. Believe it or not my parents would find more support and be in less agony if I was just thought of as kidnapped and murdered but never found versus having to tell the rest of my family that I committed suicide. It's perhaps a cultural thing. I have financially made plans for them so they will never have to worry about money food or shelter but I cannot leave them with the shame of having a daughter that committed suicide. Part of reason why I am so hesitant to do it.

Thank you for the tip about hiking will look into that.

What medication would help with that? Benzos? Yeah I feel like if I take my car and it is found near by then there is a good chance my body will be found as well. Maybe if I can catch a bus or something (lol pun intended)

The only way you can never be found is if you have someone bury you after you committed inside of a dug grave in some random forest. 2-6 weeks the grass will grow over your grave and nobody will ever figure it out.

Mmmm, well, there may be a way to avoid both dishonor AND uncertainty for your parents, and that is by making death look like an accident, to achieve this both the drowning and hiking methods might work, drownings caused by riptides are very common in the US, by the same account, falling of a cliff while hiking or better yet, mountaineering is also a somewhat common occurrence, you could also disguise a car accident...
The catch? These are scary, messy and overall not nice methods to go, the fear of knowing you will drown in the sea because of exhaustion might be the worse one, even if you take some substance before to ease the burden, a car crash might work, especially if you purposefully intoxicate yourself and make it look as a DUI incident, but it is the most insecure one, you might survive, or worse, survive and injure someone, overall, you have to plan it very well, you have to fake a hobby, a vacation, a party and then the exact place, method and substances that you will ingest if you want to make it a bit more easy for yourself, etc.

Having someone bury you after you commit suicide sounds crimimal and illegal as hell, and you can't guarantee this person will not talk, before or after, I don't think you should do that.

Overall, it won't be easy, but is doable, I will finish telling you the same thing I say other people, your life is yours and no one else's, you are the ultimate judge of what happens, I have no right to tell you not to do it, especially because i'm struggling myself, but if you do it, try to do it for the right reason, do it because you made an honest effort and still, life just didn't work the way it is supposed to work, good luck and may the struggles of people like us end in peace, either in life or death. Bye
