What are some things you regret? The things you replay in your head, the conversations you wish had gone differently, the moments where you wish you had shown up better, the choices you still wonder about.
I have a bad habit of avoiding things and self isolating until I'm forced to confront my reality. In my anger ignoring the trauma in my life, I've isolated myself, pulled away from people, and let friendships fade even with people I genuinely have so much love for. Bipolar disorder has made me disappear from people I care about in ways I never intended, and it's hard knowing there are people who mattered so much to me that I wasn't always able to show up for.
What's something you regret but rarely talk about? Is there someone you wish you had reached out to? Is there something you wish you handled differently? Is there a version of yourself you wish you could go back and understand better?
I think it's interesting hearing what people carry with them.
