I wonder if this would work...
Low does of SN over several days.
Low enough that you won't vomit (so no need for meto or anything else) but high enough that it will build up in your system.
maybe after a couple days, one final larger dose.

I'm not sure that would work. I don't think it builds up in your system. Otherwise, you could easily kill yourself by eating hot dogs every day or something. It doesn't happen.
I think it works by overwhelming you with one big dose.

That would just be torture, suffering with no end.

No - your body produces an enzyme which counters the effect of SN.

In simple terms, SN converts haemoglobin into methaemoglobin. The reductase enzyme converts it back. The effect of the enzyme has to be overwhelmed by the SN dose.

Some poisons accumulate in the body causing increasing levels of sickness, but this isn't so with SN.
