GP fucked up not getting me b12 and I've discovered the deficiency makes me way worse and there's no way I make it until I can speak to a GP nevermind actually get my shot, if I don't manage today it'll be in the coming days, I'll probably just stab myself. At least I finally won't be in this limbo
