domperidone- 20 mg (2 pills are enough according to stan's guide?)
Ondansetron - 8 mg
omeprazole - 80 mg

28 grams of SN (i'm 110 kgs) and another 28 grams as a back up in a second cup.

All good? do i need to make any adjustments?

Proton pump inhibitors are no longer recommended due to benefits being unclear plus it may lengthen the time to unconsciousness.

Your call whether to use it or not, as it shouldn't cause the attempt to fail, though.

I'm just going to use antiemetics, SN, and benzos.

That's why a sleeping or relaxing drug of some kind like benzos is very important. Benadryl (take 20) if you can't get benzos.

Diphenhydramine is the drug in Benadryl, and Tylenol PM, and Sominex. It's an antihistamine, and a benzo would be much better if you can get them.

There is no way for me to know if that 3 year old wolf sn is good or not. I've heard different things. It might be good enough or not who knows?

Because suicide is stigmatized and assisted suicide is illegal there are no scientific studies and experiments to rely on to determine how long SN stays good , and how dependent it is on various environmental factors like temperature , age etc.

You could try the blood test on it. See if it still turns brown

I read the blood test turns brown for nitrates too so its useless

Oh... well, keep in mind I only have a cursory knowledge of SN, but if it was opened 4 years ago and some oxygen was allowed to get into the container, and then it was sealed again with said oxygen still inside... then there is probably a very likely chance it's been ruined. At the very least, I'd advise waiting a bit until someone more knowledgeable about SN or drugs in general can reply to this thread.

Taking impotent SN would likely just lead to a miserable experience without successfully CTBing, and that's really not worth it.

EDIT: Also, might help if you could take a picture of the SN and upload it to the thread. The SN experts here might be able to help you more with a visual aid.
