"Ketamine stops pain because it blocks the NMDA receptor in your brain and spinal cord. This receptor normally turns up loud pain signals. By turning it off, ketamine cuts the wiring of pain and stops the nervous system from overreacting."

To get to that state one would need to ingest about 150mg of K (depending on the route of administration). I just bought 3grams for 30 € from the drug hub to test it out.

This state where you don't feel any pain is also called "K Hole". Some people die or hurt themselves in that state because they sometimes get burned without noticing. One girl got severely burned by her warm water bottle which was open but she didnt't notice anything.

I wonder if it is possible to do any painful CTB method in that state and not experience pain, for example: hanging, jumping, even drowning? Metthew Perry died drowning while on K because it can also cause unconsciousness.

Maybe someone else knows more about this topic and i'm just talking shit. I will look more into it.

I had a friend of a friend, years ago, taking MDMA and K in a bathtub. He sadly drowned. Poor guy wasn't trying to CTB but he went anway. So yeah, in my experience- kinda checks out. I've been in a K-hole before, but I was way to out of it to notice any pain. I was just madly hallucinating and sweating. I kinda thought I was dying, but it wasn't comfortable or fun again. Then again, I probably snorted 300mg in one go. Oopsie.

You don't realise that you are in a Khole until it's over. You are completely detached from reality. Don't expect to do anything during that state, you're unable to move or react with the outside world.

If you have any ketamine related questions feel free to ask or DM me, I've taken close to a kilo of ketamine.

What if i take ketamine and stand with a noose around my neck. As soon as i'm in the k hole, i'd probably go somewhat unconscious and start to suffocate while i should not feel it

I cannot imagine standing up while entering a khole. Not sure if you'd even understand what you're doing at that moment.

Not saying it's impossible but I can't imagine myself doing this.
