Thank you for the post. I was looking for something to combat SI as I have access to a bridge about 271 meters high so I think I'm good, but the act of jumping is the scary part for me. I have hydroxyzine on me though so I'll take that before I eventually leave. Hopefully that gives me "the push" to do it, haha :)

This might sound slightly dumb, but its better to ask than for it to not end well. Would blindfolding myself work? It would certainly make jumping easier, but im worried that I would land somewhat weirdly or something. (sorry if someone else has asked already, theres quite a lotta replies rn)
