I have been dealing with suicidal thoughts for around for years now. I've tried therapy but that made me feel judged. I've talked to friends that haven't talked to me since. I feel that I've lived enough and I want out. But I have one main problem, my bf also has suicidal thoughts because I have them (he doesn't want to live without me). So I want a ctb method that will make it seem like an accident or natural causes because he deserves to live and be happy. I have lived I've been happy it's overrated.
