ive never done drugs, can someone explain how H or Fentanyl is used?

im considering H or Fentanyl now, although ive never had any experience with these... can someone explain what they look like and how do people use them to ctb?

If you have zero tolerance, take a bunch of benzos washed down with a bottle of Jack. Wait 20 minutes and then snort two fat lines, one with both nostrils. That's how I died in 2015 with fent. Essentially, the euphoria becomes so overwhelming it kills you, at least that's how it felt for me. Over 120,000 deaths alone last year were attributed to unintentional overdoses. Unintentional. Enough people to fill two full college football stadium fields to maximum capacity, if not three. That's a lot of people that died last year. Not even accounting for the years prior, or for those upcoming. Fent kills people like flies. Now intentional would be certain death beyond doubt.

Unfortunately my roommate came home early and heard me gagging on my vomit and EMS fucked up and woke me up after depleting their whole narcan supply.

While fent is now long forsaken in the darknet, more powerful analogs are available if you know where to look. Trust me, you don't have to look far, just a little tiny bit hard enough.

Just make sure that you're making the correct decision to CTB. It's a one-way ticket, but if you find it necessary to take it, then fent's the fastest and fun way to go, whichever way you go.

While that's true for many drugs, fentanyl OD is very lethal, it often happens when people take other drugs when they don't know that it was mixed with a bit of fentanyl. If you can find a good source of fentanyl (probably that is the hardest part) than it will kill you, no doubt.

2) Smoking
3) snorting
4) boofing

Theres 3 types of heroin,
Brown heroin: looks brown and powdery, often produced in mexico or turkey/afghanistan (iirc) region.
Black tar: often black and solid, as if it was a rock covered in black "goo", orignates from mexico iirc
China white: looks like a white powder, kind of like flour, orginates from SEA region i believe this is the most refined version of all the heroin, with black tar being least refined and brown heroin being in the middle

Anyway if I were you id stay the FUCK away from H and fent, your heart can get a lot of infections (esp if you IV it), collapsed veins, etc. It wont be a painless way to die, if anything it will be pretty painful. Not to mention constant consitpation and getting dopesick is hell, so unless you have suboxone or sublocade you will have to CONSTANTLY shell out money for heroin, chances are you wont be a high functioning addict but rather quickly lose everything in the name of chasing the dragon.

Did you not use antiemetics? How long before your roommate found you? How long until you would have actually CTB?

Clever idea to go intramuscular. Adds a delay so you can give yourself a lethal dose before passing out. And injecting it means you get the biggest bang for your buck

Yeah you just stick the needle into any muscle. Easier than finding a vein. If it's anything like cocaine, snorting works in like 30s - 5min

IM bioavailability seems to vary depending on the drug. Would it be safe to say that it is generally superior to intranasal (snorting) in terms of time to onset and bioavailability?

IM is superior in terms of bioavailability but I'm not sure about onset time. My guess is they're about the same

Instramuscular is more simple and than intravenous. I've considered snorting but often times you are just swallowing a large amount of it and so vomiting can be a huge issue with opiates. Intramuscular there is no way to. Throw it up. I plan to melt down about 800 mg of oxycodone which is ten lethal doses and injecting it into my ass and shoulder with like 5 syringes. You will feel great pleasure in euphoria and then pass out and never wake up. There is a slight risk of permanent brain damage but you would have to be found in a very short window of time. 100000 people a year die from opiates and very few have permanent brain damage and these are from people not even trying to die. I actually prefer opiates over N because N can take much much longer for you to die leaving further room for permanent brain damage. Lethal dose of opiates your done in ten minutes top

Yes you can definitely fit a g of a powder into one syringe. If you use IM you can't throw it up as it is not in your stomach.
