Is there a way to test inert gas/exit bag method? Looking for others using this method now to chat with. Also - is it worth it to wait for a hood or is an exit bag good enough?

I've tested it many times with my EEBD Hood, Oxygen level plummeted(using a simple Oximeter), there's a slight delay so its risky--Das Nichts on the inert gas mega thread actually passed out using 25 LPM, and only survived because he fell and hit a dresser and dislodged the tubing

Yes, if its made correctly--I don't know much about Exit Bags, just what I read on the Mega Thread

Once you pass out, the arms and bag will "fall off" and you won't die because you will begin to breathe oxygen again.

People "test" like this all the time with helium baloons... It's Just like that.

I believe there's a tool you can buy to measure the inert gas purity. The name of the tool is written on one of the guides.

Readymade? No. There used to be a woman who sold them years ago, but not anymore. You'll have to make your own.

Here are the items I used. The elastic was wider than I was looking for, but that is all that was available at Joann's sewing store in my area. It was a little hard to thread it into the cord lock, but otherwise it worked well.

I recall seeing it discussed in a youtube comment section before. I'm not saying its true, and my own experience inhaling argon balloons and passing out was obviously not lethal. Just something that keeps me from messing with gas again unless I've got a fully lethal setup.

No. When taking sodium nitrite, the probability of vomiting is very high. You're going to throw up in a bag that's going to be on your head. And the bag will surely move, fall, fly off due to the fact that the vomit has its own weight and will physically pull the bag down.

Antiemetic pills do not always save you from vomiting.

I was going to add the bag to my SN method but have decided against. I have nausea on a regular basis and feel confident that I will be vomiting. I can't see pucking in a bag over your head, and I will need to be drinking more SN to keep the volume up for success. I plan 3 extra drinks sitting nearby for when I throw up some.

Tri3d this afternoon ..with an oxygen mask altered to stop oxygen entering and connect to nitrogen..but fucker didn't work! Si got pissed!
