Hi well is basically what the title says , I have been reading Five Last Acts by Chris Docker, and I find that the method of the bag and the sedatives is the most accesible for me at the moment.
I thought of using inert gas like nitrogen before but is really hard for me to buy it and also I couldn't get it in my house because I live with my family.
I plan on using metoclopramide hours before to mitigate vomiting, I will do a rehearsal before I finally do it so I know how long it really takes for the medication to kick in and if I'm able to put the bag on in that state, if I'm not , I suppose I will just put it on straight after taking the meds and I will just open through the
I will just open the hole in the bag with my fingers to let some air in until I feel like I no longer can , then I'll just let it tighten around my neck with the elastic and hopefully die.

There's a pharmacy here that sells basically anything they have without prescription, so if anyone has any suggestions of substances to use along/instead of the zolpidem, any advice is welcome.

I know it's been done, but it sounds like it could be rough. There are some threads somewherehere about large sealed bags paired with nitrous oxide… which I think I'd choose over this. Not sure how much is needed though (I don't think it would be a big tank like with nitrogen but I haven't read the posts carefully yet). But sure, your method could work (maybe even better with some added nitrous, but idk).
