• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Meto is recommend in SN because it speeds up gastric emptying wich makes SN act faster. Any anti emetic should work in PPH its recommended for the anti-emetic to be a dopamine antagonist wich gravol is not but just any anti-emetic will work with the caveat of it being slower and less comfortable.
For overcoming SI u need to just mentally feel ready for it there is really no other way to overcome it, like many people said on here its a switch one day u will wake up and just be done and feel ready for it.
Much love 🤗

It's a crap-shoot whether otc antiemetics really do anything to help. On the other hand, the script ones only do little, if anything, to help. They *may* help keep the SN down a little longer. You are going to vomit whether you take an AE, or not. Having a 2nd glass prepared for when you do vomit is the best advice.

You'll have to figure out how to deal with your SI on your own. Being sure you want to ctb is a good first step. If you have doubts, or hope that things might still get better, you'll probably have a lot of SI kicking in at the moment of truth.
