• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I never used to dream, not all the time at least, but recently I started dreaming more and more. Pretty much every night now. I hate it. It brings painful memories and unwanted visuals. I wish I didn't dream anymore for the rest of my life.

Can anyone relate? I feel so alone on this since everyone I know can dream

I don't know. From my experience, once I stopped some meds I completely stopped dreaming for years. Funnily enough, very recently I started dreaming and having nightmares again. However, I assure you, I am far from recovering.

I wouldn't say dreaming is inherently part of recovery. However drawing from my own experience, that sounds like trauma processing.
Which either means you need to process some trauma to function. Or, you're finally in what your brain thinks is a safe enough place to process your trauma and heal.
I would consider the second recovery.
