• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

After 4 years of severe and serious depression and one serious attempt, I can finally say that I beleive I am in recovery. Here is what I have learned or my thoughts I want to share

- I will always want to ctb, but those days and few and far between. I have figured out how to reocognize those feelings and navigate them
- Life can be different, you do not have to live in this awful mental place. It will never be sunshine and rainbows all the time but it can be different with more better days than worse days
- You have to curate the life you want, set realistic expectations for a life you can have, make a plan and go for it but know that it's not going to happen over night some things take years.
- Set boundaries, remove people from your life if you need to, I went no contact with my mother and siblings, it sucks but it sucks far less than having them in my life
- The only way out is through. We gotta face our trauma and walk through, whether that is with a therapist or without, you gotta face it. Move past shame and life can be beautiful
- Find something that you think is beautiful everyday. Look at a flower, touch grass, find art, plate your food in an asthetically pleasing way.
- Take care of your body, you don't have to have the 'perfect body' but start thinking about the food you eat and make sure you have some movement everyday
- Change your algorithm, if it upsets you, don't look at it, don't engage with it. Start looking for content to encourage the life that you want.
- Life isn't fair sometimes, people can be real awful but you are here on this earth and you can curate a life you want to live.
