partly. also because none i know would understand since they don't accept suicide, but even here can be exhausting. the most i can say is some quick summary of the problems at times. thinking about it is already exhausting in itselef

When i write here, I can easily speak out everything. In real life I'm mostly evasive and shut ppl away. My pain is really big and it is mostly caused by other ppl. Everything could have been different...

Partially. Though I have times were it is difficult to talk about my mental problems and past or things that led to my mental problems. For example it took years for me to figure out I even had a trauma and then talking about it (the whole story) was damn hard and still is.

It is nothing uncommon though. Talking about how bad we feel can add to our suffering and doesn't always help.
