You aren't trash, and I hope you can stop seeing yourself that way. You are a good person; your brain is simply wired differently than most. Often, it feels like this world wasn't built for people like us. I know how much it hurts when people keep their distance because of autism, even when you have so much kindness to offer. I used to feel worthless too, but I don't anymore and I want you to know that you are just as valuable as anyone else.
