i'm grieving my own death already

i cant stop sobbing and imagining my own suicide i cant help but break into tears when i'm about to do it but i back off

I went through a similar process when I realized the extent of my disabilities. I can relate, I suppose.

me too Ive had suicidal ideation for 6 years at least and I still got back and forth between being excited and bawling my eyes out

i keep imagining the grieving of my friends and family and i grieve my own death with them in my head
