god I just binged right now. I actually hate myself so much. I had fasted yesterday and I was successful, but only because I slept the entire day. I hate knowing that the only way I can resist is to sleep. I'm restarting my diet tomorrow, so I'm gonna be fasting for the entire day again. Gosh I feel so ashamed. I know this is gonna be trial and error, but for the past 3 days (excluding yesterday) I've been binging!! I'm just hoping that when I wake up some weight will be lost…
